Modified suspension to balance out physics issues after Space DLC update.

1. Added Jumper Cables (electrical cable) to the cargo bay.
2. Added a jumping point/battery hookup (electrical anchor) next to the battery in the engine bay.

If you find yourself stranded with a dead battery, you can now hook into any other creation with an electrical anchor to 'jump' or charge the car's battery (and vice-versa if a friend needs your help)!

3. Altered weight distribution and modified performance characteristics in response to the new 1.0 release of Stormworks.

2. Stabilized high speed handling, allowing more horsepower to be unlocked. (Top Speed increased from 130-140MPH)
3. Revised controls and hotkeys.
4. Increased fuel tank capacity (from 400 to 665 liters).
5. Fixed bug in All-Wheel Steering computer logic and sped up engagement.
6. Dashboard and instruments revised.
