this is the second phase of my division rework: axis divisions got bug fixes or/and some more changes and adjustments

next will be all soviet and allies divisions and after that, i will update all of my redux mods

some speed buffs got activated with the new DLC again. i disabled them now and infantry etc should be a bit slower again

7th Armoured
Guards Armoured
4th Canadian Armoured


overall have been some last changes & fixes for other divisions too
infantry availbillity rework: mostly effecting allied standard rifles
