- testing damage builds for flamethrowers (they wont show up yet tho)

- New damage revision for miniguns (no more 100% fumble)

- fixed bugs that made the tl1 rifles, sniper rifles and railgun projectiles have very poor hit consistency.

- Fixed conflicts with items found in the Variant Classes and TL1CP mods
- reverted miniguns to use evilneko's weapon-skill that has an "overheating" limiter, to prevent miniguns from being OP
- replaced all previous data-files of miniguns to use Viz's unit files, to try preserve items users might have from Viz's Ruination mod
- added some 1hander versions of the frostmourne sword model by Liakad, and additional 2H versions as well
- adjusted the tl1 rifles to use the rifle weapon-skill by Viz, with adjusted particles (thanks Viz!)
- adjusted the sniper rifles to use a sniper weapon-skill based on Viz's rifle-skill (thanks again Viz!)
