Updated to v1.21

* Fixed the multiple blue boxes when configuring a station.
* Changed minimum radius to lower speed tracks.
* Changed maximum steep angle for 10 and 40 Km/h tracks. These tracks can now climb up much steeper hills.
* Adjusted prices to lower speed tracks
* Because the extra low-speed tracks are not available in construction anymore, the mod can be set in v1.20
compatibility mode. This will allow game saves using these tracks to still load. This mode is controlled from the config file settings.
