Updates to a few settlements that now have walls including Syracusae, Parthia, Epirus, Arverni, Treverii and Rhodes for Grand Campaign game Also lowered the upkeep penalties for player for Recruitment and Upkeep costs.

Trade ship volume lowered, ai faction money buffs lowered, player costs raised on upkeep,buildings and recruitment and administration costs. The more you make armies it will drain your bank.

Updates to Complete overhaul of AI tech Research priorities- better balance for ai factions to build their economy and military, ai regional and capital and sea and border defense is now better-ai will defend its new lands and counter attack to take back lands that were taken. Naval invasions improved, slowed down ai military recruiting, ai will be more focused in its invasions and attacks.

Update to campaign files so that Upkeep costs for player raised to control money spam, slinger recruitment chances lowered for naval units, Black Sea kingdoms get small starting money boost, as well as some Gallic and Germanic and Dacian tribes. Land units balanced to reduce spear spam and recruit more swords and horses.

Updated Campaign files so that Better sea region defense, port blockade behaviour., Sweeteners for Epirus,Macedon,Pontus,Parthia and Armenia,Rome,Carthage,Celtic tribes and some German and Gaul factions too.Better regional development and research,new trigger events for battles, new fame levels more armies per level, tweaked civil war % occurence,factions will help allies more,ai attacks and defends with groups armies.changed diplomatic reliable behaviours for some major factions so they will accept offers more.

Updated campaign ai for better faction defense of capitals, better defense of allied land, borders and sea lanes. Tweaked morale settings so units will not all fight to the death. AI factions will be more willing to offer trade deals,accept trade offers, allow military access, honor military alliances,offer to join wars,make diplomatic offering to players allies,honor most treaties,enemies more likely to declare war on you. Trade routes will be more important to player and ai now.

Main mod updated so that Rome, Carthage Epirus Macedon get boost as they are not performing as intended in campaign game, garrisoned troop stance get deployable walls,factions will defend capitals better,Roman garrisons strengthened,better naval defensive priority, Ai better coordinated attacks.
