This update is so huge that it's hard to fit it all in a changelog, so I'm bound to forget some things.

-- VISUALS --
+Alts reworked! Many alternate colours have been completely changed, and it seems to be a more visually satisfying set of alts now
+Forward airdodge reanimated to more closely match Melee's posture
+Back-air's recovery twist animation is visually faster, functionally the same
+Enter and exit crouch animations altered to prevent visual hiccups
+Dash made slightly more aggressive, removed ghosting on arm frame
+Fall idle now made more confident, Fox looks down toward his landing target
+Jump and double jump altered to more naturally transition into new fall idle pose
+Downsmash now has hyperextension on the front of the animation, rather than the middle. Functionally identical
+Fox Illusion now updated to visually match Rival's after-image style
+Fox Illusion has a different startup in the air.
+Jab1 now has hyper-extension on the front of the move, cleaned up elbow motion. Functionally identical.
+Jab2 elbow motion cleaned up, more forward lean in posture, functionally identical
+Rapid jab now has better balanced posture
+Successful reflect effect now has big flash on the front of the animation rather than slowly growing
+Firefox now has flames that match Rival's fire style
+CSS Portrait cleaned up a little to remove some black line artifacting
+Taunt now better lines up with the hurtbox
+Dtilt is snappier and exists for longer
+Fox looks to the right

-- GAMEPLAY --
+USPECIAL now does not magically push Fox at the end of hte move
+FSPECIAL is now the same in both Melee mode and Balanced mode, and is also far more accurate to Melee.
+FSPECIAL autocancelling now works the same way it does in melee, making it more consistent, and less janky.

-- BALANCE --
+Balanced mode has been completely reworked, every single move has been changed from the ground up.
+Things are so different from last patch, it might be more useful to show you changes from melee rather than changes from last patch

-- SUPPORT --
+Rune support added, with Kirby support working with runes related to DSPECIAL!

-- MECHANICS --
+Melee and/or Falco mode now are set at the end of the easter egg timer, rather than whenever you press the button, making it easier to tell what you're doing
+Melee and/or Falco mode can be cancelled by pressing the attack button by anyone in the match, including yourself. This assures that in a competitive setting, the other player can make sure that you are playing the balanced version. The other player would need to actively want you to be playing the Melee version to allow it
+The AI now does techs (waveshining, multishining, short hop double laser, shine spiking), and taunts when you die.

-- BUG FIX --
+Fixed various small bugs here and there with animations or values, I can't remember them all
+Fixed buddies starting in the ground, though flying buddies still hover very close to the ground. I'll be honest, I'm not completely sure why this happens yet.

And with this, I officially consider Fox a viable character to be balanced and fit in Rivals, or at least, this is a much easier starting point.
If you wish to include him in your tournament, I believe it would be fine now.

- Made ftilts work more properly with tilt stick, Rivals doesn't have support for checking for diagonal right stick pressed, however I made a compromise. Ftilt can be aimed up or down by holding up or down on the left stick, or just done normally without holding anything.

- Fair doesn't (hopefully, please let me know if it's still messed up) make you fly ridiculously high into the air if hitting multiple people.

Laser now makes no destruction FX if not hit a player, or player's article.
Shine no longer cancels horizontal momentum.
