-Changed the colours.
-Improved DDS art quality, especially the lower resolutions of icon.
-Made the music slightly quieter, particularly the war theme.
-AI Kim should no longer have a river sound effect on the leaderscene as loud as the actual music.
-Added a missing TSL on YNAEMP (AsiaSteppeGiant).
-Made the UA name objectively cooler (tm).

Properly implemented alternative start locations for YNAEMP. On YNAEMP maps with a sufficiently large Korean peninsula, Kim Dae-Jung should now spawn in Gwangju when sharing the game with a civ which starts in Seoul.
