Fixed LCD Projectors being active on inverted signal unintentionally.

After the Challenge Stream on December 28th a few things were brought to my attention.
I've changed the docking slightly, I exchanged the docking "pads" for actual landing gears to allow the ship to be the vessel initiating and locking the dock.

Also added some LCD projections related to the cockpit bridge during mining mode.
