Increased AI army size
Increased AI navy size
Increased AI aggressiveness against weak small countries
AI more likely to use subjects in order to expand
AI much more likely to threaten war to complete a province
Extensive work to AI budgets
AI should be better about building temples/theaters in provinces that need them and ignoring provinces that don't
A ton of other little changes to enhance the AI

AI now understands how and when to use various province improvements.
AI now more focused on getting proper research levels in cities in the early game as opposed to waiting to the mid/late game (depending on empire size).
Tribal Civilizations will occasionally reform out of tribal kingdoms.

Increased army sizes for the AI.
Changed the automatic road building to only take effect if you have more gold than the cost of an invention. This way you'll be able to go after inventions or choose to allow roads to automatically construct.
AI now more aggressive when it has no aggressive expansion and loyal provinces.

Added a decision to enable fully automated road building. Whenever you have more than 300 gold in your treasury if you can build roads the event will randomly choose a province and build a road.

Added a lot of logic to when the AI declares wars.
Made AI smarter about picking omens.

Tweaked AI buildings so that the AI will only get temples/theaters if it actually needs them in the province as opposed to always building them. Also made it so that the AI aims for 300 total income as opposed to 100 total income before switching to manpower production.

AI will now clear "wrong" buildings. For example, Tribal buildings in non-tribal countries will now be destroyed.

Rewrote every single AI plan. The AI will now take a lot more territory in peace treaties. AI will no longer plan war when its last peace was < 120 days ago to give the AI time to reinforce its army, move them, etc.

Increased AI aggression over previous versions of the mod. It's still lower when highly expanded compared to vanilla but countries like the Selucid Empire wont take centuries to get conquering now.
Limited the AI to one mega city per province at most. Most provinces still wont support a mega city.
AI will now build 3 temples and 3 theaters in "normal" cities and 10 of each building in mega cities.
AI can now move capitals if it would result in a mega city if the province doesn't already have one.

AI will now build "mega" cities with support for hundreds of pops in the most optimal area. This is phase 1 of a the city overhaul for the AI.
