- Put back sunward trinket rarity

- Add 3 skins
- Entremet now gives a little direct heal on top of restauration
- Occult condiment no longer destun, but gives a heal received buff instead
- Balanced heal received buffs on skills and trinkets
- Tweaked some trinkets
- Poisoned Bait now has a very high chance to crit
- Add Sunward Isles trinket and food supplies
- Food supplies are now stackable (3)
- Add sound and fx on food supplies
- Add footsteps sound with dedicated mod
