idk is it intended, but i really love that when she start battle, u change to cooking mode, and giving restoration to your team, and when the battle end, changing back to Combat mode and end the restoration. it just feel like, i can do anyting i can help u when u are battle, but once u end it, GET OUT AND MOVE!!

BR port for this mod?

Her, Gourmet and Senshi will be in one of my party. We need one more chef and they should have the party comp name as well.
HappyKamper 8 Sep, 2024 @ 10:59am
Awesome class.
Cole 3 Sep, 2024 @ 7:12pm
I can already see her and the Gourmet comparing notes. The Itinerant Cook aids in improving food quality while the Gourmet providing ingredients from even the most unlikely of sources.

Having a grandma cook for your party in the middle of battle and then have her give the whole enemy party 13pts of blight damage for turn after cooking is insane. While it takes 3-4 turns, the blight alone can cripple and even wipe the enemy party if prep'd right. not to mention that, should she still be in cooking mode, even after the fight is done, the healing is still activated. It does come at a cost, since you're able to gain consumables that give one stat on a party member for a battle, it also means it'll take up space, and her healing often is just too little too late in an already stress, wounded party. I recommend paring her with man-of-arms and any blight affiliated classes

FYI, her cucumber is adding +0 Healing done.
Moll Dubh 23 May, 2024 @ 5:43pm
I really like this class. The art is very fitting and the healing skills works in a original for a healer, allowing comps with low in-battle healing skills to work, since they can recover after battle nicely with the cook.

At first i thought this mod was kinda stupid, silly and out of place but i kinda wanted to see it in game and oh my god i absolutely love it, its genius! The simple fact you made a battle cook is amazing, no more boring vestal-like point and click healing, now i have grandma to feed me.
Card Shark 13 Apr, 2024 @ 3:04am
Really excited to try this class out! I downloaded 2 other chef type classes, gonna try and see if I can get a full team of cooks to fry the horrors
Bog 11 Apr, 2024 @ 2:18pm
Fun class, but weak
coffee 17 Sep, 2023 @ 9:08am

ZAPZONZAL 17 Jun, 2023 @ 7:28am
This mod is great, but little UnderPowered.
I've posted a link to a patch that buffs the Itinerant Cook.

{LINK REMOVED}

Find the Cook Mod folder in Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060 and overwrite the link file with it.

I had a sound bug with the cooking sound. Itinerant cook died in cooking mode and the cooking sound kept playing until I got out of the dungeon.

Let her cook
dorkasaurus_rex 21 Feb, 2023 @ 7:44pm
Fun class, but cooking skill crashes the game.
sirspangle 1 Jan, 2023 @ 4:17am
Easily my favorite Mod class, amazing work, fits well into many different team comps.
Sunbro JL 24 Dec, 2022 @ 12:58am
Amazing class but I am having the bug where her cooking skill crashes the game.
Zalgo 14 Dec, 2022 @ 12:17pm
Damn, ending the cooking stance still sometimes crashes the game. Well I won't give up on granny over here she is still good without that skill :)
Jesterofgames7712 12 Dec, 2022 @ 9:47pm
@Karas
The cook can heal though? She spreads a lot of regen and has a big heal when exiting cooking mode.
that_guy 1 Nov, 2022 @ 3:53pm
Quick question, does anyone know what triggers the trinket 'Collection of Spices'? I want to know how to make use of it.
brittonjackster 28 Oct, 2022 @ 10:33pm
From what I can guess, the food is just minor buffs for the next battle such as increasing max hp or healing or deathblow resist. I don't know officially but her head from the collector's head mod has her name as Babette.
Moll Dubh 10 Oct, 2022 @ 6:20pm
Is she religious? She have acannon name? What are those food loots, what is their use?
Khance Time 22 Aug, 2022 @ 7:15pm
I like this mod. she is a decent healer (despite having no true self heal). very simple to use (which I enjoy) and has ways to deal bleed/blight. I had lots of fun. and atleast the disease she can give isn't that bad for some characters.
Jesterofgames7712 20 Aug, 2022 @ 11:11am
@Moth
She can steal a lot of restoration though and restoration is like the best form of healing.

But if it bothers you you could always run rank 1 occultist with the cook.
high burst healing from occultist and consistent healing from the cook.
Voidwalker 20 Aug, 2022 @ 8:19am
I hate this class, she cant heal herself, and must rely on stealing restoration from allies, WHY? Not only that there are few other problems with the class...
AsuraBoss 19 Aug, 2022 @ 8:52pm
Gotta say, this is my favorite healing class I have used so far. Not strong heals, but they're consistent, reliable heals that stave off Death's Door well enough.
Fenragon 15 Jun, 2022 @ 12:38pm
Does she have a canon name?
Newman 23 May, 2022 @ 8:52am
where can i find effects of her loot, i mean that exotic dishes )
Hanako, the Ironic Pyro 4 May, 2022 @ 9:06pm
This is one of the most unique class and fun class mods out there. But I feel like her cooking stance works so well that her combat stance is often under utilised.

It would be thematically fitting and bring a balance to the gameplay if she gains stress each turn while in cooking stance, since she is wide open, cooking in the middle of battle afterall. She gets a massive stress heal once she fed the team and switchs back to combat mode.

This way you will be more incentivised to play smartly with the stances instead of just having cooking the entire battle every time.
Noone 26 Apr, 2022 @ 10:52pm
I cant get it to work, when i add this mod game ctd
zhoont 19 Apr, 2022 @ 8:29pm
Answering the question below: any trinkets that increase healing amount percentages become great, and she also has a legendary trinket which heals allies 0-2hp when you cast on them. Poison Bait has pull 2 and a great blight amount. Entering main course is also great because you heal the whole team at once, and once you exit main course you apply both blight to all enemies and restoration to all allies.

Using Main Course twice has DOT blight ~5 for 1 round on every enemy. What makes her bonkers is the free action ability where you steal restoration, apply restoration, increase target max hp, and buff your next use of 'Main Course'.

I just feel like healing your whole team turn 1, then turn 2 applying restoration to them and powerful blight to entire enemy team is very very spicy and OP.
I didn't even mention that she has access to back-rank bleed and marking ability to boot.
Bonus is that she can get moved around and still pull off every vital ability unless she is in Rank 1.
SASUKEEEEEEEEEEEE! 9 Apr, 2022 @ 11:22pm
I'm pretty bad at this game, admittedly. I really really love the itinerant cook and want to use her to her max capability. Could anyone recommend a way to use her/what trinkets you use/what skills you take? I keep her in cooking mode in position 4 and the regen is ok but it just doesn't seem too great by itself.
ScrotiMcBoogerballs 9 Apr, 2022 @ 12:28pm
This is BIS
CaptainSnafu 4 Feb, 2022 @ 4:38am
very funny mod.
NECROMON 11 Jan, 2022 @ 11:34am
I dont comment a lot but man, this is one of my favourite mod characters
Danny Acme 3 Dec, 2021 @ 5:17pm
I don't know why people say she's overpowered, I had a TPK with her on the team once, lol. But yeah, this is an AMAZING mod. I adore her look and skillset. Just the idea of a frontline cook is dope.
berserki 10 Oct, 2021 @ 5:08pm
lmao she is not overpowered, she dropped the ball and got my entire team killed. worst healer ever
SirSchmoopy 22 Aug, 2021 @ 1:14pm
Moving from Cook mode into Combat mode also crashes the game for me. Can this bug please be looked into? It's very consistent.
BreakfastTea 3 Aug, 2021 @ 10:18pm
I love this mod, but the main course ultimate crashes the game for me.
Javi. 12 Jul, 2021 @ 8:49am
Came by to say it is a great class mod. Very fun and very creative. I really enjoy her as my new healer.
Rubber Duckie 25 Jun, 2021 @ 9:29pm
Does she have a "canon name"?
Paul von Limburger 9 May, 2021 @ 10:14pm
If the blight on the bait was toned down by 50 percent and the bleed was removed all together she might be looking a little less busted
Mr. S 8 May, 2021 @ 6:43am
This class is too overpowered, its gonna ruin your game.
Evenicle 1 May, 2021 @ 12:14am
Chinese localization lacks quirks

Well done <3
[HN] 25 Feb, 2021 @ 5:58pm
I've noticed a typo on the Light Bearer skill.
It currently says :
+-30% Torch Burn Rate (4 Battles)

Which is pretty confusing.
Master Necro 14 Feb, 2021 @ 4:23am
This is the most unique and fun class out there
SBlack 7 Feb, 2021 @ 4:16pm
It seems like the Cleaver trinket is unusually powerful compared to other trinkets. +50% damage and +20% bleed chance. High end damage trinkets are usually 25/30%. But that's for a skill here that already has high crit bonuses (one general one and then extra against bleeding). Plus *another* 25% DMG against beasts
