Updated Exploration Submarine CETO LRE630 V2.

Made updates with new equipment.

Also noticed it is now harder to exit dive locker so changed ladder around to make it easier to exit.

Moved fire suppression controls to cockpit so you no longer have to run to the back of submarine.

Some other small changes. Should be working smoothly. Let me know.

- Emergency Start Power now recharges automatically.

- Updated doors and hatches.

- Added radio

- New interior color scheme

- Corrected dive locker pressure gauge

Updated Submarine (long range) "Ceto LRE630" V2. Renamed vehicle from "Submarine (long range) "Ceto LRE630"" to "Submarine (long range) "Ceto LRE630" V2".

Made some new changes hoping to make this submarine more enjoyable to players.

- Completely new engine system with more speed and charging power.
- Added low fuel warning light.
- Reworked ballast chamber to sink better when low on fuel.
- Added recognition lights, map light, and FWD illumination flares.
- Changed emergency power to backup start power. Sends power directly to engine instead of entire battery system.
- Updated engine monitoring panel.
- Cleaned up logic blocks.
- Integrated clutch and throttle into one.
- Added additional side search lights that automatically come on when landing gear is down.
- Added fire suppression system.
- Linked reverse gear box and ECO drive motor.
- User identifiable control lights added to port quarter area outside of submarine (For third person operation) .
