* Fixed an issue where Shot of Adrenaline would add 500 ACC
* Tweaked Needle of Soothing to not stun player anymore
* Tweaked Needle of Soothing to apply a debuff to SPD, ACC, and DODGE
* Added CC compatibility, need to test more
