Update:

Armies have been fleshed out more:
1. Each Covenant species (with the exception of Unggoy and Huragok) now has a special army based on their trait apart from the general Covenant armies. For example, having a Sangheili or Yanme'e pop will unlock a Warrior Creche and Drone Swarm army respectively without researching Covenant army tech.

2. Added a new building: Covenant Citadel that increases your army defenses and production on a planet and reduces orbital bombardment damage.

3. Fixed an issue with unlocking the Scarab and Kraken army types.

Update:

Added some new features to the mod:

- Covenant vehicle armies have been added to the Covenant Hegemony origin.
- New technology to unlock Covenant armies.
- New buildings have been added based on the buildings from Halo Wars: Hall, Factory, and Summit each with their own army modifiers.
- High Charity has been modified with new deposits: Forerunner Power Core now provides not only addition power, but strategic resource upkeep similar to the Arcane Generator deposit in the ringworld origin for your first districts.
- Added new planetary deposits for Sanghelios and Te.
- Converted some of the Covenant flags to be more in line with traditional Stellaris flags.

-Made another attempt to stop the purging of Covenant pops. May still need to manually change their pop controls.

Update:
- Fixed an issue where all other Covenant pops on High Charity were set to be purged at the start of the game.
- Assigned each Covenant species their citizenship type based on the lore.
- Changed the number of Covenant pops you receive on High Charity. Sanshyuum pops have been reduced substantially to reflect their low population.
- Reduced High Charity's starting city districts and altered a few planetary deposits.


Known Issues:
- You will need to manually disable the population controls for each species so that they can grow on High Charity in the species rights section. I'll see if I can set that by default soon.

Updated to 3.0.1

- Another update is coming to finalize some changes, but it should correct some issues regarding the starting origin system.
- Updated the planet classes for High Charity with the changes made from the patch.

Upcoming Changes:
- Working on fixing the custom districts to be more aligned with the changes made in the patch.
- Making changes to the system initializers to align with the patch changes.

Known Issue:
- The origin start may have some unemployed specialist pops for now.
- For some reason, the Covenant species added in the origin on High Charity will be set to undesirables at the start of the game. For now if you do encounter this, just change the policy to prevent purging until I can fix that.
