UPGRADES

Landing Up-Tilt 2 deletes the opponent, ending the game in Suitcase's favor.
Will not spawn in item pool until opponent is on their last stock and at least 100%, the idea being you can't enjoy this item's effects until around when landing UpTilt2 would end the game anyway

Suitcase is a very close range character and should have better tools to help him DO STUFF at close range! Nair is being geared more towards a combo move - the idea being to give him a stronger foundation/bread-n-butter to allow his wackier stuff like bair, dair, uptilt etc to shine. Fair needs to change because it's pretty trash! Will update the animation later.

Also, somewhat nerfing his EXTRA projectile game for a few reasons, mainly it's currently not interesting enough to be dependable for a close-range character. Changing the angle on the crystal might make things more interesting, though...

Prize Purse is no longer a free jackpot! As we improve his kit it doesn't feel like he needs this crutch. Also you kind of just mashed the "gimme item" button and neither side really gets time to process what's going on.

Sweetspot Active Frames: 2 > 3
- Forward Air
Various changes, most notably:
3 hits > 2 hits
Both hits widened and now extend further inward
Startup: 10 > 9

- Neutral Special
Angle: 50 > 75
Now has Angle Flipper 5 (Reverses horizontal knockback (Pulls them towards you))

UPGRADES
- Bonus Burger
Damage: 4 > 2
Now has Angle Flipper 5
- Pool Party
Increases spidding window by 3 > 1
Now increases Startup by 1
Like :bonusburger:, is now 'Polite' - Will not inflict knockback/hitstun unless opponent already in hitstun
Lifetime increased: 62 > 120
Trajectory is now more vertical
- Prize Purse
XP granted: 150 > 0
NEW: Doubles the value of XP shards (See section below)
- Mr. Embers
Now increases Neutral Special startup by 1

OTHER
- Gauge animation frames doubled (this just means the gauge should be a slightly more precise representation of your current XP) (might cause performance hits? please report any performance issues you notice)
- XP shard value drastically reduced (1 XP each > 0.25XP each)

On hit, produces XP shards which may be collected for bonus XP.
Bonus Burger and Pool Party also proc bonus XP shards. At first I removed this but ultimately decided to leave it in to see if it's too snowbally.

Spawns 3 8 frames after the initial projectile (intent was to have the hits feel more like "burst fire")
No longer manually sets Neutral B's spit window to 13, it now adds +1 frame to the spit window (default 13) [so with both Bonus Burger & Pool Party equipped it is 16 frames]

BUG FIXES
- Fixed a bug where after purchasing Prize Purse, the EXP gauge would not properly display the red gauge when in Academic Cap range
