- Academic Cap & Prize Purse Both now show up on the HUD near the left side of the EXP gauge, effectively indicating what your max EXP is.
- Registration Badge: Sprite adjusted to avoid "mixels"
- Pool Party: Beach ball projectile now inherits all 3 colors from whichever palette Suitcase is (was previously just the red part of the sprite)
- Game-Breaking Glitch: Idle animation 1% more disturbing

Workshop added support for css_draw.gml, allowing creators to add stuff to the CSS when the character is selected. Added and modified some template code by Muno. You no longer have to press the "i" button to verify version #.

Finally got a fix for landing with hit1 before hit2 comes out! Now, if Hit1 hits, it will set Suitcase's vertical speed to 0 before hit2 comes out. This is actually a decent buff that makes the move feel better to use!
@Testers: I suspect there could be ladder combo potential on DI In with something like Dair > SideB > DJ Dair > UpB/Uair so if you can find something consistently crazy or busted or even just kinda cool, be on the lookout and let me know

- Down Special: Minor tweaks to item/text spacing
