GAMEPLAY
- Down Air
Cut off some of the bottom of hit2's hurtbox to see if it might help instances of hit2 not coming out - Needs testing
- Neutral Special
Now has a default cooldown of 25 frames
EXP Crystal now spawns 10px higher to prevent bowling and make more room for the burger to copy its behavior
- Side Special
Hitbox height decreased: 50px > 45px
Hitbox width decreased: 80px > 60px
Bug Fix: Found and eradicated the line of code that was preventing walljumps from happening consistently

UPGRADES
-Bonus Burger
Default NSpecial: Behavior is now faithful to the original projectile. Spawns below the EXP crystal. Because of this, if you land with NSpecial on the perfect frame, the burger will slide across the ground, outspeeding the crystal. It's called Burger Bowling and it's tech........
Pool Party: Behavior is now mostly faithful to the original projectile, but follows a slightly different trajectory (getting both hits reliably is a little too good as :poolparty~1: has knockback scaling [0.3]).
- Pool Party: Cooldown increased: 15 > 20

Side Special Implemented! We now have a complete moveset! All that's left now is creating some more items, making general improvements upon his kit, and finally balance. Suitcase is out of alpha and now in Beta.

GAMEPLAY
- Side Special: IMPLEMENTED
Side Special is a chargeable movement burst. Currently there is a bug with it where you can only walljump out of it within some sort of spacing window and I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, but nothing has worked yet! Have started asking around but I doubt I'll hear anything back before tomorrow.

Due to the code refactor, :poolparty~1: & :bonusburger: interact differently if claimed in different orders. These changes are to fix that & test the concept of "upgrade paths"

UPGRADES
- Pocket Cactus: Changed Hit FX to less janky fire visuals
- Pool Party Will no longer spawn in item pool until Bonus Burger is claimed!
- NEW: ACADEMIC CAP: Now has the previous effects of Prize Purse (boosts EXP cap to 100).
- Prize Purse: NEW: When claimed, boosts EXP cap to 150 AND sets current EXP to 150. Will not spawn in item pool until Academic Cap is claimed.

Intended behavior: Now appears when using Down Special & you have exhausted the item pool. Claiming it currently does nothing. Currently using placeholder art.
