GAMEPLAY
- Down Air - NEW :taxiPINGED: @Testers
Is now a two-hit move. 2nd hit comes out only if you land the first hit (think Ranno dair). Effects of :creatorscurse:will override the second hit. Very much a prototype, plenty of room for refinement. Still, it's a fun move!

Reduced lifetime, now flies straight forward

Minor animation tweaks
- Exp Gauge
Fixed a bug where later hits of Nair and most hits of UpSpecial were dealing damage but not charging the gauge

GAMEPLAY
- New Mechanic: EXP (placeholder name, basically currency for the shop)
Dealing damage fills your EXP gauge.
EXP gauge caps out by dealing 50 damage by default. (A sound effect will play once you have capped out)
Having a full EXP gauge allows you to redeem an item from the shop (Down Special). Buying an item will reset your EXP gauge to empty.
You can still open the shop but attempting to buy an item without a full EXP gauge will close the shop and play a sound effect.

Properties are now completely different. Not going into much detail as it's basically still just placeholder, I just pulled a bunch of different values out of the air so that I could implement...

UPGRADES
- CURSE OF THE CREATOR now implemented (like Registration Badge, it may be equipped using DownSpecial and pressing A when it appears). It's a... 100% accurate Sandbert dair!

Some experimentation for potential future changes
Removed ability to cancel endlag with another Special input. (leftover Sandbert code)
Endlag: 5 > 7
Updated default sprite and Hit VFX.
Projectile lifetime: 100 > 60
Base KG: 2 > 3
Added ground friction, should stop sliding across the ground now.
- Up Air
Vertical boost reduced: -1 > -0.8.
Endlag increased: 7 > 9.
- In 0.0.7, I unintentionally reduced base hitpause on FStrong: 10 > 6. Bumped it back up to 9.
- Utilt2 now forces screen shake. (Basically, this only affects usage on low % armored Etalus.)

UPGRADES
- Registration Badge: Fstrong hit2 now forces screen shake (same idea as above)

GAMEPLAY
- Up Special: For the last window of the move, Horizontal Speed is set to 0 for all 6 frames instead of just the first frame of the window. This should reduce the jarring sensation of the bonus drift before entering pratfall.
