Reduced width by 5px. Hitbox shifted downward slightly.
Removed hitpause scaling. Reduced base hitpause from 3 > 2. Hopefully this reduces instances of hitting hit1 but landing before hit2 comes out.
Hit2: Increased width to help it land more consistently when horizontal speed of either party is high

- Initial Dash Speed: 4.5 > 5

The more I've been playing around with the buffed dash speed the more I feel that the sluggish initial dash was pretty core to The Suitcase's feel. Will need to keep playing with the grounded movement.

- Initial dash speed reverted: 5.5 > 4

GAMEPLAY
- Forward Air: Animation updated. Hits 1 & 2 have more base hitpause to maintain ability to shorthop and land all 3 hits at low %. However, I can't quite get the animation to look the way I want it, so I may wind up reworking this move entirely.
- Up Special: Removed ability to fastfall during all but the first window of the move. Tentatively keeping the janky downward displacement but removing the ability to hitfall.

OTHER
- Added a new palette. It is supposed to be a very bad palette, referencing one of Zetterburn's palettes from an early alpha playtest build.

- Implemented new upgrade: BONUS BURGER! While equipped, NSpecial will fire a bonus burger projectile. This comes at the cost of giving NSpecial a 25 frame cooldown.
- Implemented new upgrade: POOL PARTY!! While equipped, NSpecial will fire a beach ball with new properties instead of its typical projectile. This comes at the cost of giving NSpecial a 15 frame cooldown.
- Bonus Burger and Pool Party! may not be equipped at the same time.
