*unintentionally uploaded some AI behavior changes with the previous title image update. Those changes are not ready yet and need further testing before i can publish them here. So i had to remove them again for now. AI behavior update will be released once i am done with testing

MAJOR UI THEME UPDATE RELEASED

IMPORTANT:
1. Make sure to use UI Overhaul Dynamic together with ACG!
2. If you used Dark UI/Dark UI Alternate Icons/Comp. patch for Dark UI and Overhaul Dynamic => you will not need to use those mods anymore => they are included in ACG now
3. It's save-game compatible!

Features:
*New UI color theme incl. new Start-Home Screen, recolored trait, civics, authorities icons and a complete new Dark/Blue themed UI in game

*reworked "Fortifier"-Trait since it gave a bonus to defense stations but defense stations have been removed.
