Gave the orange, indigo and violet balloons their own colored pop effect.

- Made the level a tad more difficult (e.g. faster rotating platforms)
- Decreased the amount of MB of the cooked map (messed around w/ lighting but I made it look the same)
- I didn't like the towel on Rany so gave him a tux, (lmao who cares)

Readjusted a few things I noticed after initial release that were out of place.

Also Includes:
- Changed golden material for transport cannons
- Lazy Afternoons music is looped more efficiently (hopefully reducing the risk of intro and loop sections clashing)
- Rany Cakes now has a towel
