+ Various sound effects given specific audio channels to make playing them more reliable
+ Bug where spectator could force a respawn during wave in Urban Warfare (#33)
+ Player was unable to swap weapons after voting
+ Causing enemies to bleed out didn't count as a kill in scoreboard/MVP

+ Low stamina affects ADS sway

CHANGES:
+ Armor vests/helmets rebalanced, the protection they provide should be more noticeable
+ Code style updates
+ Replaced deprecated functions with their new equivalents (math.Dist -> math.Distance, etc.)
+ Ammo pen moved from being stored per-weapon to being stored in a table of calibers, weapons can multiply it by a factor (mostly relevant for people adding custom guns to their servers)

+ New LBX vest that has the highest armor protection value, but lacks the arm protection of the Ratnik vest and the lighter weight of the SPECTRA vest
+ Loadout screen lists protection zones of selected armor
+ Spectators can swap perspective now

+ Helmets give off a "ping" sound when hit
+ Damage log in server added and can be enabled by setting "gc_print_damage_log" to 1
