Hotfix 2

Fix door in last floor of first level that would open when the floor was not cleared

Hotfix 1

Rework enemy placement in all levels (mostly first and second levels)
Remove buggy sliding doors in second floor of second level
Remove NPC corpses that blocked enemy line of sight
