Anniversary Update
One year ago, Panzer was released to steam workshop. To celebrate, I've made a special Arcade skin, similar to Elliana's arcade skin, complete with a minigame taunt!

Balance Changes:
- Fair water blast hitbox base hitpause decreased: 12 -> 10
- Fair water blast hitbox hitpause scaling increased: 1.0 -> 1.2

Bug fixes:
- Upb landing screenshake no longer extended while in hitpause.

Other:
- Added new Arcade skin. Complete with custom arcade water/steam vfx, and a fishing minigame taunt!

- Only 1 Nspecial proj can be active at a time.

- Uspecial puddle teleport gains more water.
- You gain water when landing onto an puddle during Uspecial.

- Dspecial cooldown now varies on how many Dspecial projectiles you produce.

Bug fixes:
- Fspecial cooldown resets upon death.
- You can properly DI/SDI fspecial steam column.

Other:
- Added new colour alt: "Playtester"
- Uspecial and Dspecial has screenshake when landing
- Sfx added for gaining water when hit by Dspecial
- Adjusted some Fair, Bair, Uair water blast sprite frames

- Steam conversion only enabled if in certain states (dashing/rolls/airdodge/waveland)
- Steam meter conversion rate increased (25f -> 15f)
- Standing in steam column of steamed puddle refills steam.

- Water Nspecial doesn't get destroyed when hitting a player.
- Water Nspecial base hitpause added: 0 -> 12
- Water Nspecial hitpause scaling removed: 0.6 -> 0

- Panzer now has a proper double jump, triple jump to initiate the steam hover.
- Panzer now starts each stock with 75% water/25% steam instead of 50% water/25% steam

- You can now manually choose between water and steam Nspecial, hold down to use steam Nspecial, press to activate water Nspecial.

- You can now properly hover after using a walljump.
