Political Focuses Update

- Added two new communist focuses and rebalanced the existing ones
- Added two new nationalist focuses and rebalanced the existing ones
- Rebalanced some of the Authoritarian, Interventionalist and Isolationalist political focuses
- Bug Fixing and Tooltip additions here and there

Quality of Life update

- Added new events withing the focus tree

- Fixed the "Open the Army Stockpiles" Decision. Now it costs political power instead of army experience

- Fixed the National Spirit "National Research Institute"'s picture. It now shows properly

- Changed the names of Trench Warfare I and II. Now they are in line with the events attached to them
