Increase Oathbound Sybil’s ability Buff/debuff extending abilties to 2 round durations.

Oathbound Crusader given Evasive defence mode instead of normal one.

Oathbound Guardian’s Active Defence mode grants changed from +1 Shields and armor to +2 Shields and Armor

Changed Vanguard Strike Trooper Quick shot ability to primary ability.

Made the Shakarn shotgun bandit unit a tier 2

Made Dvar Hammer rocket leap 0 CD (was 1)
Also gave them Charge and Afterburners ability

Nerfs some of the heavy weapons, Assembly, Vanguard Laser and Syndicate Heavy

Reworked the Vanguard Special weapons trooper (Flamer), it was a bit shit, now is an Assault Infantry (Bonus evasion and ignores overwatch), flamer is better, single target electric grenade with 6 str stun and still has a support rifle.

And... Added Oathbound

Changed Vanguard Ricochet Laser Snipers, their bounceing laser was cauing the game to get into infite loops, I tried many ways to fix this and couldn't.

Bouncing sniper attack changed to a Single target attack that is a Full Action (Continue) which gives them use an additional single action.
Snapshot given full sniper range and damage increased from 8 to 9.

This allows them to be mobile after shooting or to follow up with a stronger than normal snapshot.

Psitech indentured damage reduced from 8 to 7.

Vanguard Medics Revive ability, now only revives units at 30% of their HP instead of 50% but the revive is permanent.

Dvar Rocketeer weapon nerf
Accuracy changed. was -10% accuracy beyond range 4
Now -15% accuracy beyond range 4 (Worse accuracy at longer rnages)
Damage reduced from 8 to 7
Scatter accuracy changed from Scatter one to Scatter two (This means when the attack misses it can hit hexes up to 2 hexes away.)

Assembly Dynamo Ability Dynamic Boost and debuff increased from 1 turn to 2 turns.

Kirko Astral Skimmers damage increased from 13 to 14. But no longer gets the ignore shields melee bonus. (Still considered a melee attack for mods)

Kirko Vengful's Spike shot ability ranged reduced from 7 to 5.

Reduced Thraxian HP from 40 to 35.

Nerfed Thraxian's.
Damage 10 to 9 per attack
Accuracy settings changed was
Optimal range 3 and lost 10% accuracy per hex away to a maximum of 7 range. This results in a 50% chance to hit at range 7.
Is now
Optimal range 3 and lost 15% accuracy per hex away to a maximum of 7 range.This results in a 30% chance to hit at range 7.
Removed 1 armor and 1 shield.

This is because they were too strong, their damage was too high compared to other ranged units of their tier, they were too survivable at range with swarm shield and their base armor and shields, now rely on swarm shield more and mods such as the kirko accuracy mod so that they are less useful when spammed in the later game.

APC's changed
Remove Deploy Random Drone
Added Infantry Transport, which grants universal expedited movement bonus to infantry in the same squad.

Dryad couldn't use melee mods. Fixed

Amazon Speeder couldn't use Melee mods, fixed.

Matriarch changes: Overwatch Removed, Shrike attack damage increased from 13 to 14, cooldown of 1 added.

Amazon Speeder now only knocks back 1 hex and if the speeder has moved 3 hexes.

Changed the animation resolver for the Vanguard Laser Sniper, hopefully this fixed the animation issues please tell me if it doesn't.. Also increased the bouncing range by 1. From 2 to 3. I found the A.I was generally too good at avoiding this unless you were in a packed siege.

Additionally, l when i updated the snapshot changed I accidnetly gave the main sniper weapon the snapshot range, fixed it.

Vanguard Medic's revive abilities targeting was broken, now works as described.

Reduced the optimal and max range of all Sniper snapshot abilities by 2. (This is the standard, mine were too long range.)

Shock Spear Indentured didn't have cerbral control collar upgrade. Fixed, they now have it.

Amazon Warrior no longer inflicts devilitating infection (This was a bit crazy with poison from ecological warfare)

Kirko Anoptera didn't have the 'light unit Requisite' which prevented it from using some mods it should have been able to use. Fixed.
