Fixed small targeting issue with Amazon Matriarch's Shrike Attack. (It was able to attack both Air and ground units if they were in the same hex. Should now use the targeted layer.)

Thraxian could not use biochemical mods, it now can.

Psitec Indentured could only use Focus Psionic mods, not all psionic mods, fixed. They can use all psionic mods.

Laser shotgun trooper could use explosive mods but their grenade could not benefit. (Maybe Fixed, this is a low priority bug and doesn't matter much)

Dryad's Corpse summon was copying mods to the Revenant summon, this was not it nended and should be fixed.

Both Dryad and Matriarch had their optimal accuracy reduced by 1 on their ranged attacks. (This means they will be less accurate at longer ranges)
