- Added Split Germany and Yalta Conference II options. Split Germany requires La Résistance.
- Previously unplayable countries are now playable! Choose Cuba to play as the CSA, Oman to play as Al-Andalus, or Germany/Austria to play as East/West Germany.

Changes:
- Al-Andalus takes Gibraltar in all options, and takes Qatar in the Umayyad Caliphate option.
- Arabia takes Oman and Qatar.
- Forming the CSA removes USA units from its states.
- Red warning descriptions have been changed to yellow for all options except Romance of the Three Empires and Spanish formables.

HRE options are no longer overrided by Revive the Kaiserreich replacing the HRE tag with the German Empire tag.

Replaced the "Do not use this with the Romance of the Three Empires option!" warning under German options with a "This option skips German focuses from Oppose Hitler to Return of the Kaiser." notice for monarchist options, and removed it entirely for the others.

Quick fix to make the German Empire options give Memel.

New stuff:
- Two new German Empire options, one with colonies. Both have Wilhelm II and require Waking the Tiger.
Changes:
- CSA's maximum option now gives Maryland.
- German monarchist options now skip the "Oppose Hitler", "Secure the New State", "Revive the Kaiserreich", and "Return of the Kaiser" focuses (Note: the Rhineland path can still be taken).
- German monarchist options properly rename the non-aligned party and add 60% non-aligned popularity.
- Gran Colombia now controls the Panama Canal.
