- Forming modern-day EU releases Iceland (+ Greenland).

Bugfixes:
- Rome now has Savoy when playing with the "Romance of the Three Empires" option, like it should.
- HRE now annexes Switzerland and the Benelux countries (keeping their troops) with the "Romance of the Three Empires" option, as it normally does when on its own.
