- Adjusted the Whifflag code, now it prevents the move from being easily spammable. On hit it shall remain the same.
- Dair is now able to be both jump and airdodge cancelled during it's endlag and by the end of their active window (Frame 12)

- Separated their code from Dair's Whifflag.

- Removed unnescessary code.

- Completely Rewritten Jab's code; Remade the code to turn around and added groups to the main jab hitboxes.
- You can now tilt boost from Jab!
- Jab 2 Endlag was given a HSPEED value to allow tilt boosting.

- Lowered Blue Disk's Angle: 40 > 30
- Extended Blue Disk's Lifetime: 70 > 85

Bug fixes.
- Fixed a massive bug with gramaphone, and a lot of other hitboxes being assigned the wrong value within them that caused Player 2 to assign a move's hurtboxes to the player 1. (yes it was that broken)
- Fixed a flag error regarding NSpecial's Disks not being properly reflected upon parry.
- Fixed leftover code that spilled over error logs regarding rune menus.
- Fixed the Rainbow Alt's colors not showing up properly after playing a match in the portrait.
