Deep drilling apparently requires some code changes to work. I can't do that and someone else has done it already so I've removed the patch to allow drilling because its just bugged otherwise. If you want your tunnelers to do deep drilling then grab the mod Allow Tunnelers To Drill.

- Added a new option with Vanilla Expanded Framework which is off by default, Mechanoids Are Capable. This option allows mechanoids to tend animals, feed animal patients, do all brewing related tasks, extract and replant trees, do all painting tasks, and strip corpses.

- Added optional work type Mechanoids.
- Reordered Mechanoid tasks to prioritise creating and maintaining mechanoids before spending time crafting. Gestate > Repair > Subcore Encode. This way new mechanoids are put in to gestate first providing resources are around. Then existing mechanoids are repaired and finally new components are put together to make more mechanoids.

- Reverted the folder structure change for Languages. Apparently they can't be under folders?
- Fixed errors in the loadfolders.xml causing 1.3 to look for mod changes under 1.4 folders.

- Duplicated the two Deliver to construction projects tasks. This is for Biotech only and by doing this it allows Lifters to once again haul to construction projects after they have completed their other tasks. This does result in colonists hauling to construction projects when on hauling if they finished everything else but that shouldn't be an issue.
