Removed production from dense vegetation hexes. They now only produce 1 gold.

Removed undead population growth from small fishing grounds.

Added Sailor's Tomb as a builder upgrade.

Updated builder upgrade icons to match what they build.

Added language support (via Google Translate) for French, Polish, German, and Russian versions of the game.

Added the ability to convert small mana nodes into (element) mana nodes.

Removed duplicate upgrade entries on builders.

Reduced terrain income (gold was too easy to get without trying, only dense vegetation produces 1 gold now, the rest don't produce any).

Added Small Shipping Dock builder upgrade.
Added Small Inn builder upgrade.

Added an economy overhaul skill for the AI, giving them access to terrain income and buffing their city incomes by 25%, to make up for not being able to use builders.

Ended up restructuring mod (again). All city upgrade modifications were removed, and all climate bonuses as well. Terrain bonuses were increased to make up for loss of climate bonuses, all mana and knowledge gains from hexes were removed. All builder upgrades were increase from 3/30 to 5/50, but an added upkeep cost was added as well, 1 gold for everything but gold mines, 50 population/undead population for gold mines (it's dangerous work in there).

Added small fishing grounds.
Added a population nerf to city centers, increasing as you get larger.
Builders are now one use only for the small structures, but their cost is halved.
Smaller versions of structures are now used for builder upgrades.

Rebalanced terrain (again), hopefully for the last time. Restructured the hex resources again, now you should get a preview of what your city will get from hexes when placing it. A bunch of XML updates as well, builders now have different build small *whatever* icons. They aren't the icons I'd prefer, but at least they aren't all watchtowers.

Rebalanced terrain and climate resources, improved small farm population, added resource improvements to city upgrades (+5 percent production to builder's hall, +10 percent production to siege workshop, etc.), added upkeep costs to dwellings (be warned, they can be costly).

Finished updating building upkeep costs. If you see any I missed, let me know!
Added builder upgrades (currently all have the same watchtower icon, have to find where the correct ones are and link the correct icon).
