Fixes

Harvester replaced with a custom version to fix issues present with reusing the original Banish code. This fix should work retroactively.

Nerfs
Fixed Hello There from affecting normal Breach Fire, since by default that doesn't use ammo (it's a free shot, in other words)

Demolition now uses 1 ammo, to represent enough ammo being used in the initial breach and to balance it out a bit for its power.

Replacement

Rapid Fire has been replaced with Harvester: granting Julian both Banish and Soul Harvester, allowing him to dump his weapon's entire magazine into multiple targets if possible.

Nerfs and replacements:

Replacement - Deadeye has been replaced with Lead the Target, an ability port from the Proficiency Class Pack by Shiremct for XCOM 2

"Shen" is now technically speaking, Julian's nickname. This means that it just uses his first name in most fields where it was using his full name, and Shen in places where it was calling him just Julian.

Replaced usage of Claymore's HQ animations with Patchwork's: this has more clipping but also less stretching of body parts to the point where they're not even connected anymore.

Nerfs
Demolition was ignoring cover bonuses when it shouldn't have.

Shen now has some slightly tweaked stats to make him a more different character instead of just "Blueblood but a more perfect android".

Kill Confirm now does 1.5x damage, not 2.0x.


Buff

Changed cooking method from "pc_sm4" to "pcconsole" so it only cooks relevant data instead of anything that looks remotely useful. UPK size decreased from 200MB to 7MB as a result.
