* Grant subjects AI bonus based on game difficulty.
* Allow for research agreements between vassals and tributaries.
* Give primitive cultures that become spacefaring more starting resources.
* Feudal Realm civic subjugation approval bonus is now +100 (was +200).
* Stellar Guardian civic now grants increased naval capacity, ship build cost, reduces ship build speed and diplomatic weight.

* Added four new vassal types for regular empires: Cultural Conservation, Exarchate, House, and Xenoharvest.
* Feudal Realm civic now grants a +200 diplomatic acceptance bonus for subjugation and unlocks all vassal and tributary types regardless of government ethics.
* Shared Destiny ascension perk now allows you to make subjects of empires of equivalent power, rather than inferior power. It also reduces cost of subject edicts by 30%.
* Subject empires with diplomatic freedom may now Guarantee Independence and Revoke Guarantee with other empires.
* Expel (Ethic) decisions are now hidden unless there is a pop on the planet of that ethic.
* Fixed subject edicts not having icon to indicate type.
* Fixed vanilla event primitive.18 to not produce error.
* Various performance improvements.

* Added Pet and Symbiont subject types for hive-mind empires.
* Subjects may now form commercial pacts. This will prevent MegaCorps from being unable to build on their overlord's world if there was no pact before their subjugation.
* Fix Machine Intelligence overlord not being able to set vassal type of Machine Intelligence subject.
* Fix Remote Archives sending minor artifacts too often.
* Fix Benevolent Intervention possibly applying Stability bonus cumulatively.
* Adjusted AI acceptance of subjugation to make it possible for them to submit when overlord is not of Superior power.
* Adjusted AI willingness to use subject edicts.

* Reworked Domination Tradition to be more similar to 2.7 vanilla, but still improved.
* Changed several defines related to AI empire subjugation acceptance.
* Feudal Realms civic is now available to dictatorships, grants +100 subjugation acceptance from AI empires.
* Shared Destiny ascension perk now grants +100 subjugation acceptance from AI empires and unlocks all subject types as options regardless of ethics.
* Entertain the Masses planetary decision no longer increases amenities usage. Food usage increased to +33%.
* Infrastructure Committee planetary decision now also increases building construction speed by 20%.
* Scrap Drives planetary decision happiness penalty for specialists reduced to -10%.
* Boosted primitive empires that become spacefaring so they actually have a chance of growing and being useful.
* Changed opinion modifiers for subjects regarding their overlord to be negative by default. Using subject boosting edicts will add positive opinion modifier.

* Remote Archive vassal type added for machine empire subjects.
* Added alert when Automated Assembler sends pops/armies.
* Fixed events so Vassal/Tributary selection should not occur for subject types added by other mods.
