Updated for Warden & the Paunch. Increases weight of 2nd Generation for Slann. Reduces weight of Valaya and Grimnir traits for Dwarfs to bring them more in line with other factions for Disciplined. Re-balances High Elf hero trait weights, making the best traits more likely especially for your starting hero.

Fixed a noob error that affected compatibility. Should now work with all mods that don't alter the same traits.
