Fixed drones not becoming illuminated when using nightvision

Fixed Prototype Rifle's stun grenades not effecting drones

Re-added Officer requirement for cigar

Added a frozen effect for drones that are hit by a frost grenade

Healing Satchel amount increased to 6 from 4

Healing Satchel increase per healing skill reduced to 0 from 1

More unnecessary bot cvars removed.

Fall damage removed as it was causing random instantaneous deaths when a marine got stuck in something, like other marines or a physics object

Drone glowing texture fixed and replaced with a dark version, like in early screenshots of AS:Infested

Pistols and deagle no longer have a broken icon when in offhand slot

Fixed some spelling errors for weapon descriptions

Reduced Rifle and Prifle clip size to 96 from 98

Reduced Sentry ammo amount to 250 from 450

Reduced Flare amount to 9 from 15

Reduced PDW clip size to 60 from 80

Reduced Deagle clip size to 6 from 7

Increased Flamer clip size to 60 from 40 (Aaagh, nooo! AS:UT you were supposed to weaken the flamer elitists, not join them!)

Increased Freeze Grenade amount to 8 from 5

Increased Incendiary Mine amount to 8 from 5

Increased 50cal MG clip size from 200 to 500 to make up for not being able to have two clips of 250 rounds

Increased the amount of Grenades and Gas Grenades from 5 to 6

Enabled "rd_marine_ignite_immediately" instead of having 3 separate Cvars do almost the same thing.

Removed unnecessary bot changes
Removed Tesla cannon until friendly fire can be added to it
Changed weapon and item descriptions to their UT2k4 ones
Enabled friendly fire activation of laser mines
Removed custom hud to be released as its own addon at a later point.

Removed all custom models so that they may be released as their own addons at a later point
Removed bot scan lines that were added by accident
Removed 2010 CVars that affected online, sound, and other values
Repositioned weapon/item placement in selection screen to be a little more logical and in original order
Edited Cigar's attributes to make it clear that it doesn't work
Fixed some errors in the language file
Removed some joke CVars

Removed custom profiles.res as it was no longer needed
Removed Beta models and a few sounds as they are separate releases now.

Readded laser mines. Made them Explosives only.

Ported Half Life 2 CVars over to Alien Swarm to replicate an accidental finding in one of my L4D2 mutations. A.K.A. makes the maps darker like original since i couldn't figure out how to compile a map in LDR

Now using old models

Removed some sounds that didn't work (sample rate was off, but unfixable it seems)

Continued moving the hud around to match AS:I closer

Set loadouts for characters

Changed Officer to Explosives. Grenade Launcher is now unique to the Explosives class

Closer camera

Re-added additional weapons from the Telic Campaign and Escape from Rhea

Made the deagle an offhand item

Increased AI awareness

Added a timer, like in UT2004

Reduced jump height (goal: Jump high enough to be relevant but not so high to go out of bounds, etc.)
