Galactic Conquest Changes:
Added Upkeep costs to pretty much 90% of the buildings in GC,
Buffed Mining Facility's and Base Planet Incomes slightly.
Executor and Eclipse can only be built in the Legacy of Zann GC Campaign, TEMPORARY,
Slave Mines are limited to 3 Per Planet.


General Changes:
Palpatines's ISD Now has a Custom Name and Description,
The Aggressor Minigun has been nerfed,
Fixed Land Based Tie Fighter Scale and nerfed it,
Added a Hanger to the Eclipse, Not Fully Implemented,
Nerfed the Tie Lancets,
Added a Slight Blast Damage to AT-AT,
Removed Death Star 2's Laser that could destory units.

Adding the Imperial Landing Platform:
Allow Production of Land Based Tie Fighters - Both Require Tech 3.

GC Changes:
Gave Palpatine a custom ISD,

Increased Imperial Tech costs:
Tech 2: 15k
Tech 3: 25k
Tech 4: 30k
Tech 5: 55k
Fixed Government Building to have its originally planned abilities,
Fixed Ilums Ability affecting all planets.

General Changes:
Increased Station Shields for all Factions,
Increased Price for all Ground Base Turrets
Increased AT-AT, AS-ST Accuracy Values.

AT-AA / AT / ST (Higher Cost),
Tie Mauler/Crawler (Higher Cost),
Other Small Tweaks to other functions in-game.

Acclamators and Nebulon had shield nerfs, Nebulon B had damage nerf, Empire MCF Repair Times Fixed, Buffed Victory Mk1, FIxed Venator Improper Naming, Overall Hardpoint Health Nerf/Buff. :)

Tyber no longer has his Cloak Ability and had his shotgun nerfed, Urai had his Stun Nerfed and had his melee nerfed, bossks flamethrower is now shorter and in a smaller range and had his ship nerfed, ig-88 had his infect ability removed and the containmaint ability nerfed, silri can no longer drain life, Plex, MPTL's, Const Grendadiers are no longer broken.

Fighters now take pop cap,
Venators were nerfed big time,
Empire frigates had a sheild buff,
Nebulon B got a shield buff,
Imperial MCF had bone fixes,
Rebel Power To Shields got nerfed.

Gave Hondo a custom mesh (Thanks TheWarper243), Hondo has a 10% Credit Reduction on his Current Planet, Nebulon deploys less fighters and some other changes with ships, All AI difficulties have been made made a TINY bit harder.
