New Action - "MedicSplintPlayer" for when a player applies a splint to a target player
Removes the need for the Trader Add On by utilizing the trader #ifdef
Add Kill Aggressor Functionality for Guard AI (See discord for more infromation on how it works)
Fixed an issue where custom stats sometimes didn't calculate correctly to stats
Fixed bug with zones not figuring out the right affinities to kill
Changed defines to separate PBO to ensure better compatibility with other mods
Added A hero and Bandit Flag
Added Hardcore features (Allowing you to reset players affinities on death)
Added Prefix to Guards to allow for custom humanity adjustments based on which guard you kill

Server Freeze Mitigation changes that should allow more servers to run Heroes And Bandits without the compiler freezing, This DOES NOT FIX IT COMPLETELY only helps mitigate it when heroes and bandits is the mod causing the freeze.
Fixed Expansion Integration it should detect Expansion Raiding Again
Allows for Humanity to Affinity Conversion in zones when Affinities Section is Empty and MaxHumanity and MinHumanity is not set to 0 and 0

-Temp Fix to help make sure the settings are sent to the client
This just tries to send them again later, but will do this a better way later this should fix it in most cases.
It will also try and resend them every 10 minutes that the player is connected so even if the player doesn't have them right away it should start working over time
-Fix for simple config conversion not converting the levels correctly causing heroes to be considered bambis
-Fix for Zones not being converted with humanity correctly(Mostly for new upgrades and Simple Config conversions)
-Fix for some Null pointers
-trying something random to see if it maybe helps mitigate servercore freeze?

- Affinity Item Black Lists which will allow you prevent players from putting in their hands or wearing certain items
- Setting to allow you to prevent players from removing masks or ArmBands once they become a bandit and/or hero, also acts as a white list for those masks/armbands if enabled
- Auto attaching of masks or ArmBands (if can't remove armband/mask is enabled) when the players affinity changes
- Support for custom Affinities
- New configuration mode
- with Expansion The ability to show they player humanity/affinity icon on the player tags and when enabled fixes the bug where it stays on the screen
you can choose from an affinity icon or level icon, and an extra setting to allow you to hide the players name and only show the icon
- Semi "AI" guards that will shoot non valid players as they enter the zone with lots of different configuration options for the guards
- a simple Config so server owners can have an easier time setting up Heroes and Bandits (with a option to switch and convert to the advanced config)
- With an add-on the ability to block the use of the trade action inside of a zone
- the ability to block humanity from being gained or lost in a zone for events
- The ability to block weapon raise in zones

Fixed lots of NULL Pointer Errors and some other bugs

Changed the config files see the new GitHub Wiki[github.com] For more information, your config files should automatically convert
If there are any issues try allowing them to create the new default configs and re edit them

Changed Raid Detection to allow for the detection of the new form of raiding

Added the SubZones as an option, it will only check for Sub Zones after the player is already inside the parent zone

Added new NotificationMessageTime to General settings Action Settings and Zones settings to affect the notification time of each type of notification seperatly

Added a Mode Setting currently the only mode working is 0 so leave at 0 (But will be adding a mode 1 which will allow for custom affinities

Added code to start preparing for custom affinities and configs

Added a Secondary Affinity option that will allow for two affinities to be affected by one actions

Changed the way levels work now Hero and Bandit Levels are all positive numbers and if they player doesn't have an a level it will return the default level which is removed from the Levels configuration

Same with affinities you will need once you are a level within an affinity you will be that affinity otherwise it will return the default affinity

added new function GetPlayerHeroOrBandit(PlayerID) this is to be used instead of get affinity as get affinity could now return custom affinities

Fixed car crashes counting as suicides

New function for init.c for reclacuating player Humanity Totals this recalcuate a players humanity totals based on the actions they have in there stats, this will load all players into the game so it is best to run once then remove or comment out from the init.c

Finished Icon and added two locations for it Top Right or Bottom left by the status Icons
