* Raised Load Order value to 100000 to support high-load-order mods like BBG.
* Meteor Shower now removes Flood Plains feature from map tile it hits.
* Removed hack that allowed to build Mines on Flood Plains.

* Mines can now be built on floodplains with mineable resource. Meteorites sometimes land there.

* Meteor Site now behaves like tile improvement and provides +2 Science if there is a citizen working it.
* Non-spawnable resources like wheat or horses no longer survive Meteor Shower and getting replaced with some spawnable resource like stone or iron.
* Real Meteors is no longer compatible with Random Meteor Bonuses.

* Replaced TerrainBuilder.GetRandomNumber() with custom RNG based on map seed and turn number. No more same spawn order for different maps loaded from saves.
