Infection Settings: Added lacerations. Added new, more distinct sounds for lacerations & bites to make it easier to tell what kind of injury it is. Bugfixes.
Strength & Fitness: Increased gains to x3.

- "Alternative Combat" option doubles turn speed while aiming.
