Thunder Under The Ice update.

Update: 7 Jun, 2021 @ 10:22pm

REBALANCE UPDATE
The sub has been rebalanced to be comparable to vanilla subs:

- Pricing. Most reliable vanilla subs are set to be 2x of its auto-generated price. For this sub, price will be 2x of its auto-generated price + 1,000 marks for each shuttle.

- Engine force. Most vanilla subs are designed with 3,000 - 13,000 hull/engine force ratio. Thus, this sub's engine force has been adjusted around that range. Power consumption was also set to be around 2x of its force.

- Pump speed. Vanilla pumps are set to be 600 (large pumps) and 100 (small pumps).

- Reactor. Fuel consumption of vanilla subs are 0.200 for small/handicapped subs and 0.250/0.300 for medium-large subs. So, reactor's fuel consumption has been adjusted to that number.

- Weapons. No more multi-linked weapons. One weapon one loader. This is also as a future-proofing since there will be weapon switching in the next update. All ammunitions were also changed to standard coilgun and railgun ammos.

- Loots. All containers in vanilla subs are set to be Auto-Filled. However, I think it will force players to do pointless inventory micromanagement, so I decided to give a standard set of loots but with its quantity reduced to 4 or 2.

- Oxygen tanks and battery cells. No vanilla subs have oxygen tanks and battery cells ready inside oxygen generators and charging docks.

Update: 27 May, 2021 @ 11:07pm

Some players reported frame rate drop due to flickering CANTEEN sign in crew quarters. Starting from this update, only last letter N flickers while the others don't.

Enlarged bilge pump in airlock access (sub bottom right) so that it may drain the water completely.

Slightly adjusted airlock pump position to drain airlock water completely.

Fixed secure steel container in command room so that it can only be opened using captain's id card.

Switched button and undock shuttle label positions to prevent the captain from accidentally pressing it when trying to press periscope button.

Some sprite depth fixes.

Some bots waypoints fixes.

20% discount on Endeavorold, lol.

Update: 27 May, 2021 @ 12:57am

Fixed Undock Shuttle button and Light Component near sub's terminal. They were not connected to shuttle's docking hatch.

MAJOR UPDATES
--------------------
DRONE TERMINAL
--------------------

Added shuttle terminal with "Drone Control" in command room.
It switches shuttle's control, turning the shuttle into a drone.

--------------------
QoL
--------------------

Submarine layout overhaul. More eye candies and interactable decorations.
Added crew quarters with tonics, alcohols, pipes, and instruments.
There are TVs too (status and sonar monitor, tho).
Enlarged ballast hull to increase descent velocity.

Added another airlock in sub's upper side so the crews can exit/enter the sub from above.

Added some layers near the shell to prevent creatures stuck inside the sub.

Command room's periscope can switch between top right coilgun and bottom right railgun.

Added notifications via wifi directly into radio channel 0 chat to inform the crews in case of flood, fire, and reactor out of fuel.
Added auto-shutdown when the reactor is melting down.
*This wifi notification system is adopted from Teardrop's.

Powered up all diving suit lockers and oxygen shelves. Still, shuttle's diving suit locker is connected to its docking hatch, thus will only be refilled when the shuttle's docked.

Added periscopes to monitor some areas.

Added more storage cabinets in medbay and crew quarters, and a secure steel cabinet in command room.

--------------------
FIXES
--------------------

Fixed shuttle's undock system. Previously, sub's hatch didn't close as fast as shuttle's undocking process, flooding some part of the sub. Now, they both close simultaneously and no more water will go inside.

Special thanks to Mystic_Knightwolf, Master Chief, DaerelynMustDie for the suggestions.

Update: 29 Apr, 2021 @ 8:21am

On/Off button in the shuttle no longer turns off shuttle's engine since engine is crucial in maintaining shuttle's position, and it neither makes that much noise nor uses energy when idle.

Update: 29 Apr, 2021 @ 3:08am

Changed automatic airlock door into normal airlock door for more bots-friendly maintenance.

Added some labels in the shuttle to help user recognize what the buttons are used for.

Added On/Off button in the shuttle to turn on/off shuttle's lights, oxygen generator, and engine to save battery charge and prevent creatures from attacking the shuttle when crews are exploring outside.

Rewired the shuttle's wiring system so that the shuttle's battery can complement with main sub's power grid, power surges and burnouts have been resolved, creating a more stable power distribution.

Changed most labels and terminal commands into given templates so that the labels may be translated according to user's language setting (default: English).
However, since labels' spaces are limited, some words may not be read well.

Update: 27 Apr, 2021 @ 3:58am

Done a workaround to negate water pressure when exiting the shuttle.

Removing gaps between the shuttle and submarine to prevent creatures from getting stuck.

Added an eject shuttle button instead of ejecting from the terminal.
The terminal button was changed to Deploy Depth Charge for better timing.

Added "Use Excess Power" button to use the battery charged from power overload.

Update: 26 Apr, 2021 @ 7:57am

Added "Force Open" button to forcefully open the airlock's automatic door.

Update: 25 Apr, 2021 @ 5:14am

Added Mineral Scanner.
