Updated to keep up with Giga. Some bugfixing.

Lithoid Empires and Assimilators/Servitors with Lithoids now have mining jobs instead of farmer jobs on Insula Ktisma

Added Warrior Culture civic back into the adjusted job pool. If not playing a spiritualist or technocracy, 5 Duelist jobs will be available instead of culture worker jobs.

Replaced 10 Evaluator jobs for Machine Empires with Calculators. Machines now have 33% more research jobs than other empire types.

Additional Note: I think the balance on this is in a good place now, good as I'm gonna get it at least. Future updates will be focused on maintenance unless something is requested by significant popular demand.

Adjusted jobs so that Physma provides 30 Researchers instead of 20. Mostly decreased Unity jobs by 10, ME lost 10 tech drones or agri-drones. Warrior Culture civic no longer has associated with duelist jobs on Physma. Hive Mind empires no longer as balanced on Empire Sprawl
