v1.3.2 - Balance update

• Switches out sector richness factor for sector reward factor. This should increase the credit payout slightly.

v1.3.11 - Refactor update

• Updates how the payment message is set in the rewards.
  
• Updates how the mission bulletin script table is set - found a cleaner way of making the mission not get added to player stations.

• Makes the siege gun superweapon more dangerous.

v1.3.9 - Bugfix Update

• Fixes a bug where you could destroy a prototype in another sector and it would count as the mission being complete.
  
• Makes the prototype's torpedoes more dangerous.
  
• Makes a small optimization in broadcasting the sector chat message.

v1.3.8 - Bigger Balance Update

• Updates the Prototype to use the static damage multiplier.
  
• This only applies to prototypes outside the core. There will be no change to prototypes inside the core, for all you difficulty junkies out there.
  
• Now requires version 1.7.17 of ESCC to function properly.
