Updated for new horse mesh setup.

New combinations of manes and tails.
Some mane and/or tail lengths have changes.
New short tail, left sided normal mane, left sided long mane.

All horses, foals, and rhinos now have unique names both for inventory item and in world.
Fixed one horse that was using the wrong texture.

some saddle textures

also includes mane/tail thickness fix for official horses-
overwrites 3 material files:
Ml_foal_hair
Ml_horse_hair
Ml_horse_hair_white

The overwrites are temporary and will be removed when the official mane/tail textures are fixed.
