After literal years, finally moved the Eagle Warrior to a later civic (Feudalism)

- Eagle Warrior now replaces the Man-at-Arms
- Chinampa has been tweaked slightly. It unlocks now at State Workforce to form part of the civic tree path that also leads to the Eagle Warrior. It also provides some interesting adjacency bonuses from Seasteads, so there is some value in keeping them alongside Seasteads if the situation works nicely, and to represent the current endeavors in Mexico to recover Chinampas as a susteinable agriculture method. They also no longer generate Production.
- Chinampa bonuses from civics and techs are now visible on the tech tree like with other unique improvements.
- With Monopoly++ active Chinampas copy Luxuries again because the Monopoly bosuses can now be tweaked and Industries+Corporations are slightly more limited due to the Gold cost of Tycoons.

· Montezuma's additional district was removed as he already got a lot going on with the Luxury combat bonus and the Tlachtli (for a civ that also gets a unique governor)
· The Eagle Warrior received a significant Combat Strength Boost. This is because unlocking it with a Civic meant the unit actually came later and it ended up being too weak in practice.
· When Alternate Economy Mode is active, the Chinampa no longer copies Luxuries and instead receives +2 Faith when copying Bonus Resources (luxury copying was far too op for an already op mode)

- Moved the Chinampa Faith Adjacency to Civil Service
- Fixed an order issue on Tlacaelel's promotions.

- Fixed an issue that prevented the Encampment to grant a free district with Montezuma at times.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the production form Chinampas to actually work.

- Added visual assets for p0kiel's Plantation resources (Pomegranates, Maple, Papyrus and Plums)
- The reworked Eagle Warrior is now an standalone unit. This is to highlight its uniqueness without requiring a resource, as well as to allow both Eagle Warriors and Jaguar Warriors be contemporary when playing with "Steel & Thunder: Unique Units.". (You can still delete the Units_AztecRework.sql file if you want them as a Warrior replacement)
