Reconfigured the number of weapons, plasma and pulse were overlapping adding 14 total laser turrets.

now 6 plasma turrets and 4 pulse turrets.

Added 2 flack rounding the missile turrets to 10

Added a couple cannon turrets to fill the gaps left by the loss of plasma/pulse.
