Sound effects can now be defined in the settings, custom sound file must be defined in cfgSounds either in the description.ext or a mod's config first for this to work.
Added experimental Spool up time for testing (define in Settings), this does not currently affect the airbrakes however this may change in future versions depending on feedback.

Revisited the jetpack scripts in detail and took greater advantage of CBA framework.
Removed all instances of looping code that did not exit after a short time
Increased dependancy on event handlers
Improved manual refuel mechanic to allow for greater flexibility
