  • bureaucratic buildings can now build by spiritualists

  • fix "spam" during leader customisation at empire creating to choose color and allow all human phenotypes to get all 23 colors (knowed bug : when we customise our leader we get a 24th hair style (bald), but after many tests (i purchased many, many, many, many leaders in game) and never see with this bug)

  • complete rewrite of the "Human (Celebs)" name list to fix the bug with fleet names, etc...
  • modification of the zoom when entering a system
  • moved the "Naked Human" species to the Humanoid species to fix the names of appearances of planets and fleets (unfortunately it will be necessary to redo a new game after the update, sorry)
