  • add french translation of "old victory conditions" mod (I can't integrate it into my mod and make it work so I only put the translation)
  • add some components slots on starbases

  • correction of the bug : AI no longer floats at the start of the game because the ships are too expensive (again I know :) ) by removing all new slots in ships I added and I add for test a new corvette (with new slots), if that works well I'll add other models with more slots too later
  • add "emblem heart", "dc universe" mods (flags)
  • fix some french translations

  • fix (normally) of the bug : AI no longer floats at the start of the game because the ships are too expensive by removing some slots in ships added in previous update. seems need start a new game :(

no need for influence to extend to neighboring system, costs 50 per added system, costs max 5000
