Add Server Freeze Mitigation allowing more servers to use this mod(doesn't fix it only helps more servers use this mod if it was the tipping point)
Adds two new settings

"CanCraftHeliPadKit": 0, //1 Enabled / 0 Disabled when enabled you can craft the HeliPad Kit using a long stick and rope "InitSnapDelaySec": 3.5, //How long after the helipad is placed before it will snap the helicopter to the HeliPad

Fixed issue where multiple Helicopters would snap to one Helipad

Improved stability of the Helis on snap(Mostly for next expansion version)

Added an interact option for the helipad that is disabled by default "EnableSnapHeliAction": 1 to enable it

Added settings for adjustments to the height at which the Helicopters re positions above the Helipads this is just encase it changes, that way I don't have to push another update just to fix that. also could allow server owners to tweak and adjust as need based on server stability

Changed "EnableOnHeliPad" setting only affects on restarts and placement (so if you don't want snap on restart you can disable this and enable the action)

Preemptive Fix for next version of Expansion (will now work on expansion experimental)

Increased delay time to accommodate the fix for multiple Helicopters snapping

Added ability to update optimal Orientation in my Experimental Version of "Reduce Vehicle Damage" for my attempt to stabilize helicopters when reduced damage and no damage is enabled.

Fixed the config and lowered the height that the helicopter is spawned to reduce the bouncing of the helis after the fix.
